Please bring the following information about your child:

1) Birth Certificate
2) Immunization record
3) Social Security card
4) $50 registration fee (counts toward tuition BUT NOT refundable)

Preschool-Mrs. Elston's Class
Please bring the following information about your child:

1) Birth Certificate
2) Immunization record
3) $35 fee (supplies and registration)
